A welcoming group of people every time I’ve entered or called. I feel ultimately comfort asking questions to anyone in the office. The suggestions are always respectful and clear, never condescending. After 7 years of doing business with Kittredge & Zehner, I was audited by the IRS. Kari confidently assured me that the return was sound. She represented me and my businesses with outstanding results. I’d give more stars if I could.
The expectations set were not met. Our taxes are not overly complicated. We own a house, my husband goes to school and we have a few stocks. The tax preparation that should have cost around $250 Kittredge & Zehner charged us $423. We were told over the phone that the tax preparation would cost what normal tax prep costs (between $150 and $250) and were not told about a meeting fee (which we were charged). We feel we were taken advantage of and would not recommend this firm to anyone.
