I recently moved my Account from Wells Fargo to Chase. Over the last 1 1/2 years, I have found the service at this Branch to be Exemplary. I have found their friendly, personalized Service to be wonderful. This is a excellent Branch in every respect. Thank you, Chase ! - Herb Stoughton
Great service.makes a large bank seem like a small local one.
No one informed my Dad nor my sister about the problem but instead, they made them wait, and guess with what? They gave my family a hard time. Especially the manager. She kept noding her head like she has something else better to do than help their customers.
Besides, people do trust you guys to keep their money safe. Maybe not after this.
You should train your people better. If your tellers been there for 3rd day, you should have someone watching her.
I want you to know that the situation wasn't handled properly.
You were yelling at a senior citizen, who happens to have a good 25 years relationship with Chase Bank and my pregnant sister. She also has multiple accounts with Chase.
Please dont come back to this location. I will call Chase tomorrow to find out more about this incident. My family and I are planning to remove all our businesses from Chase.
Lady manager kept screaming "its her 3rd day!!!". She wanted us to know that our tellers not trained enough to handle a simple deposit? Why do you need to scream at your customers? Why?
Usually deposit transaction takes less than 20 minutes. Right? One check deposit only. But for some reason, my father didnt. During the long period of waiting, they found out that they couldn't find my Dads account. This is at the 30 minute mark.
And for the lady manager, i hope you gain knowledge on how to handle customers properly, especially on how to treat people, period! Without customers, theres no business. Rich or poor, regardless of age, or nationality, you should treat them with respect.
