I love this Ace!!!! I go here before I would go anywhere else! You get the BEST customer service possible at this store. I took all the old pipes from under my sink and MARK assemble all new pieces together and I went home and installed myself yes a 68 yr. Old woman (very capable I might add lol ) you don't get that kind of service at Menards Home Depot or Lowe's!! I hope they never close for I would be lost.
Great hardware, great customer service. Slightly more expensive than the big stores but I'm willing to pay it to support the local business.

Before my last visit, I was indifferent to which hardware store I went to. But I had a very minor issue with my product and customer service went above and beyond. Really, the whole exchange was pleasant and I left as a very satisfied customer.
A great store to have in our small town. I moved here recently and have been in Ace multiple times since. When you walk in, the cashiers greet you and can always tell you exactly what aisle your needed item is in. 99% of the time, there is an employee ready to take you right to it, help you with what you need, and explain how it works. If they're not standing there at the front of the store to ask how they can help, by the time you get to your aisle and start looking, someone is there. It is so great to have a resource like this right in town, and I'll be a loyal customer forever.
