About the only complaint is lots of very fine dust drifts in from US 20 and Carl's, coating everything and causes even chrome coated stainless steel items to rust if not covered tightly.
Dry and clean
Don't ever rent from these guys. I rented from there storage on McCool road in South haven. I gave them back there key on the 23rd of Jan. The lady tried to say that i didn't turn my key in til February 1st, which is a complete lie. She is either lying, or she let my key sit around for a week before she decided to record that i turned in my key. I have 100% proof that i turned in my key on the 23rd and a witness. I ended up having to call the main office in Chesterton on the 3rd of March to get my security deposit back and she said she was gonna send it out that day, and here we are on the 14th of March and still no security deposit back. Don't ever rent from these guys unless you wanna go through hell just to get your security deposit back. There is a cheaper place off of rt 20 in portage anyways.
