I used to take all of my pets to Dr. Reed. However there is someone else there now. I took my fur baby in 3 times in the course of a day and a half, I felt like I wasn't being listened to and that there was something seriously wrong with my baby. On the third visit an x-ray was done to reveal my kitty had lungs full of fluid and that they couldn't treat her there. I took her to the ER and it took me 45 minutes between being put on hold and nobody answering the phone to get them to fax the x-rays over for the ER vet. My kitty died not long after from heart failure and I felt so bad she struggled to breathe all night long like that when I took her back in later that day to be examined again because her breathing was severely labored! All I have to say is you know your animal and if you feel uncomfortable with the line of care DEMAND blood work/imaging!

Have been going to Dr. Reed for 12+ yrs and he's just the best! Yeah the office gets a little overwhelmed at times and you have to wait longer sometimes but that's what happens when you have such a caring and outstanding Dr. and staff!!!

My daughter just lost her bulldog. They kept sending her home with antibiotics as usual no x rays or blood work .She took him to Highland emergency the next day cuz he wasnt acting right and she got sick of them telling her he had an ear infection (Westchester )Well he died the next day .His stomach was flipped. He could have been saved if Westchester did x rays ,They could of did surgery right away to save him . My poor daughter heart is broken cuz poor judgement on the vet who took care of her bulldog . Please get a second opinion. My dogs have been going there for years but NEVER AGAIN . I also lost my bulldog in March there. They said she had an infection and needed to be put down. Didn't even tell me what kind of infection. ....

I have been taking all of my dogs to Dr. Reed for the last 8 years and never had a complaint. He's a great vet. Recently I've takin my dog in and had the lady vet helping us. Both times she was extremely rude and never had answers for my concerns and acted like my questions weren't important. The rest of the staff is just as rude. Both times I felt like they were belittling me and talked to me like I was a child. The vet assistant actually dropped my dog on the floor because she pooped on the table. Things like that happen when you're working with animals. And the assistant and vet both acted very disgusted when it happened. That was the last time I will take my dog here! They were very unprofessional!

Best vet in the area! Dr. Reed cares for all animals. He's always so caring and informative. He's the only vet in the area that will look at my ferrets. Once he even put a band aid on my tarantulas back! He will check out all reptiles, critters and small animals. I always recommend him to anybody who asks. Oh and he's fantastic with dogs. I swear this man was born to help animals!
