My furnace broke and they came out on a Thursday, they ordered the part and came back the next day and fixed it. The service was excellent and all employees were very friendly. The technician Casey was very professional and helpful. Cassie who set up my appointment was very friendly and kept me informed. I would highly this company for all your heating and cooling needs!
When our central air went out during a heat wave, Summers came out quickly. Unfortunately, we have a "fancy" type of furnace and the part we needed had to be ordered. It was very expensive!! But Rob Nowakowski, our technician, was able to determine that we were still under warranty and called me as soon as the part came in. We were up and running in no time. Rob is really fantastic, and I'll definitely be calling them for any future cooling, heating or plumbing issues.
About 4 years ago I had a new furnace installed while the business was under a different name and ownership. That business was great. I elected to sign up for the yearly service program that brought the company out twice a year, once to inspect and service my AC unit and one to service my furnace. At the time the business offered weekend hours for this program. About a year ago they decided they would not longer offer this service on the weekends causing me to have to take a day off of work to have the service done. A service I pay $12 a month for. To add to that, it seems they work really hard to limit what dates and times they have available during the week. The staff answering the phone is often rude and combative when you voice your concerns about these changes and the merchant's decision to eliminate these services on the weekends. Unfortunately I will probably be looking for a business that puts their customers first and sees the value in keeping their customers happy.
The folks at Summers did a great job installing and explaining about our new furnace and air conditioner. They actually installed the equipment they just replaced about 17 years ago. We have been using them for service work since day one and they and their people have always been helpful and their work excellent. I don't know if they are the cheapest, but I worked as a contractor for 53 years before I retired and I was never the cheapest, but I was still the preferred vendor. So Joe, Joe, and Tiffany thanks for being there when we needed you!
Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is an amazing company! I would not use anyone else. When our air conditioning went out we called a different company and they were going to take several days to come and replace our unit. When I called Summers, I spoke to Cassandra Dunn and she was so helpful and was happy to help us get someone out immediately. We had a new unit the same day. They were kind and curteous and explained everything completely. There maintenance plan is like none other and they are always there on time and show respect for you and your home.
