I highly suggest NOT giving them your business if this is the kind of people they hire, especially if you're in need of service in your home and you're also a dog owner. Needless to say I am LIVID.
HORRIBLE. My mother called them days in advance, the drain in the bathtub was backed up. On December 12 at four o'clock they were supposed to come and fix it. Here's a list of things that happened.
Great experience! The guys were courteous, quick and thorough and did a great job. Highly recommend.
Prompt and courteous. Ease of scheduling, next day repair at the best prices I've found. Had part on the truck and didn't charge extra. I have called them over the years for routine mainline clogs and extensive septic system repairs. Other companies tried to sell us a whole new system. I've recommend them to everyone. Great value!
5:He left a giant mess and not just in the bathroom.
4:He was EXTREMELY rude and made my mother cry.
Exterior drain was backed up. Trapmasters was on the job in about 90 minutes. Fast, friendly service! Highly recommended!!!
2:He refused to work in the house with the dog there. Though she may have been barking, Of course she would have been kept away from him where she couldn't get out. Im not sure if he knows that dogs are unable to open doors. He insisted my mother keep her outside in 20 degree weather for hours, I came and picked by her up as soon as I could. Trapmasters make house calls, I'm assuming people have pets right?
6: He made a hole in the downstairs bathroom ceiling and would not send some one to fix it nor would they pay for it.
We were renovating a hotel and had another plumber handling the majority of the work and they became very unreliable and Trapmasters jumped on to knock out some critical work on a short time frame and even had to deal with work hours issues that popped up last minute by the hotel. I'd highly recommend this company over the other 2 companies we used in Chesterton.
1:The man they sent was an hour late. Apparently they forgot.
